Why Three Wing Solutions?
A triplane has three shorter wings instead of two long ones, which gives it a tighter turn and a faster climb. It is how we want to work: responsive, direct, and quick to get you moving. Each of our three wings stands for something we hold ourselves to.

Meet the founder
Will Elnick
Founder, Three Wing Solutions
I have spent my career in the space between IT, finance, and operations, translating information between the people who build systems and the people who depend on them.
I have worked for more than 15 years with executive teams, operations, revenue cycle, finance, the call center, marketing, and HR on data, reporting, and process. The common thread is always the same. People need numbers they can trust and a clear path to what to do with them.
Most places I worked had dozens, sometimes hundreds, of dashboards. I cleaned up and improved reports so they answered real problem statements, and I worked closely with the business so they had a hand in the process. That built trust, clarity, and momentum. People started acting on the numbers instead of reacting to them.
I started Three Wing Solutions to bring that experience to organizations that need more than another report. I also want to build a firm that can grow with the work.
Outside of work, I am a runner, and you will usually find me on a sports field, building tools, or tackling a DIY project. I have loved aviation since I was a little kid. In 2006 I flew across the country with my grandfather in a four-seat Piper Warrior, and I am working on finishing my private pilot license. The name Three Wing is a nod to my love of aviation and my three sons.
